Export your data to CSV

QuietBill can export your data as CSV files that open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. You find them on the Subscriptions page under Reports & exports.

The exports

On plans without one of these files, its button shows the plan it needs, for example Recurring spend · Team, and opens Billing.

Note: All subscriptions and Clauses & deadlines stay available after a trial or plan ends, so you can always take your data with you.

Columns

All subscriptions: vendor, plan, category, amount, currency, cycle, seats, status, next_renewal_date, cancellation_deadline, cancellation_notice_days

Clauses & deadlines: vendor, plan, cancellation_deadline, cancellation_notice_days, cancellation_method, auto_renewal_clause_text, price_escalation_language, clause_confidence, confirmed

Recurring spend: vendor, plan, category, currency, cycle, unit_amount, monthly_cost, annual_cost, status, next_renewal_date, cancellation_deadline

Audit pack: everything in Recurring spend, plus seats, notice_days, cancellation_method, price_escalation, auto_renewal_clause, clause_source, clause_confidence, human_confirmed

Good to know

• Exports include cancelled subscriptions. Filter on the status column to leave them out.
• Amounts are in each subscription’s own currency. Do not add up rows in different currencies without converting them first.
• A subscription with an unknown billing cycle shows a monthly and annual cost of 0.
• clause_source is extracted (read from your documents, or confirmed by you) or vendor_default (an estimate from public terms).
