Every new QuietBill account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed.
The trial includes everything in the Team plan:
- Unlimited tracked subscriptions and up to 10 people
- Clause reading and alerts before the real cancellation deadline
- Email forwarding, PDF and screenshot upload, and Gmail or Outlook sync
- Slack and browser alerts, price-increase alerts, accountant upload links
The fastest way to see the value is to add your two or three biggest annual contracts on day one. QuietBill shows each real cancel-by date within about a minute.
When the trial ends
We email you three days before the end, and again when it ends. Both emails say how many deadlines QuietBill is watching for you and which one is next.
To keep everything running, choose a plan in Billing (from $19 a month, or yearly with two months free). See “Plans and pricing”.
If you do not choose a plan, your account becomes read-only:
- Nothing is deleted. Your subscriptions, clauses and deadlines stay visible.
- Deadline alerts are paused, and new documents (forwarded, uploaded or synced) are not processed.
- Choose a plan at any time and alerts switch straight back on.
If you would rather leave, you can delete your account and all of its data from Settings. See “Delete your account”.
