Questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Sign up, add your contracts, and see your real cancellation deadlines straight away. You only enter a card when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email you three days before. If you do not choose a plan, your account becomes read-only: everything stays visible, but alerts pause and new documents are not processed. Choose a plan any time and alerts switch back on.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from Billing in the app. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes: you pay for ten months and get twelve.
What if I want to leave?
You can delete your account and all of its data from Settings at any time. Any paid plan is cancelled at the same moment.
