QuietBill accepts subscription data three ways, and all three feed the same AI extraction pipeline.
- Email forwarding. Every workspace gets a unique address like
inbox+yourtoken@receipts.quietbill.com. Forward receipts to it, or set an auto-forward rule in your mail client. - Gmail / Outlook connect. Authorize read-only access and QuietBill scans your inbox for receipt-like messages, backfilling 90 days and then syncing daily.
- PDF upload. Drag in contracts and invoices that arrived as attachments.
Whatever the source, each document is read by Claude, our AI model. A first pass pulls the standard fields (vendor, amount, cycle, dates). If the document is a contract, welcome email, or renewal reminder, a second pass extracts the auto-renewal clause verbatim.
The system then matches the document to an existing subscription (or creates a new one), records the charge, and recalculates your cancellation deadline. You never have to enter anything by hand, though you can always edit or correct any field.
