In the first week of each month, the workspace owner gets one short summary email. It lists:
- Cancellation deadlines in the next 60 days, with how to cancel each one
- Estimates waiting for your confirmation: notice periods taken from a vendor’s public terms, which only alert once you confirm them
- Renewals in the next 30 days, with the amount
- Price increases found last month
- Possibly unused tools: subscriptions with no new receipt in 90 days
- Your recurring software spend per month, per currency
It is only sent when there is something to report, so a quiet month means no email. A workspace created during a month gets its first summary at the start of the next one.
The summary does not replace the deadline alerts, which still arrive 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before each deadline.
To turn it off, open Settings → Notifications and switch off Monthly summary email.
