A wrong-but-confident deadline is the worst possible outcome, because it makes you trust a date that is not real. So QuietBill is deliberately cautious.
Every clause extraction gets a confidence level: high, medium, or low. The AI is instructed never to guess a notice period that is not explicitly written, and to return nothing rather than paraphrase.
When confidence is low, or a document fails to parse, the item goes to your review queue instead of silently becoming an alert. You will find it under Review in the top navigation.
From there you can open the subscription, read the source document, and confirm or correct the clause. Once you save it, the clause is marked human-confirmed and is treated as authoritative, the AI will never overwrite it again.
Checking the review queue occasionally is the best way to keep your deadlines trustworthy.
