Software is rarely managed by one person, so QuietBill supports multiple members per workspace.
Inviting
Go to Settings → Team and enter a teammate’s email and role (admin or member). They receive an invite link that expires in 7 days. When they accept while logged in with that email, they join your workspace.
Roles
- Owner: the account creator. Full control; cannot be removed.
- Admin: can invite and remove members and manage settings.
- Member: can use the dashboard, subscriptions, and clauses.
Owners and admins can change a member’s role or remove them from Settings → Team. Each plan has a seat limit that counts members plus pending invites: Starter 3, Team 10, Business 25, and 10 during the free trial. An invite that expires stops counting.
