Outlook works the same way as Gmail, and is also included on Starter and above. From the “Add subscriptions” panel, click Connect Outlook and sign in with your Microsoft account.
What we ask for
Read-only mail access (Mail.Read) plus offline_access so we can keep syncing. QuietBill cannot send or change your mail.
What happens next
- Backfill: we scan recent mail for receipt-like messages and import matches.
- Daily sync: new receipts are pulled once a day.
Both personal Outlook.com accounts and Microsoft 365 work accounts are supported. Your refresh token is encrypted at rest, and disconnecting from the panel stops future syncing immediately.
If your organization restricts third-party apps, an admin may need to approve access first.
