Some of the most important documents, annual order forms and signed agreements, arrive as PDFs rather than tidy receipt emails. Those are exactly where auto-renewal clauses live.
From the “Add subscriptions” panel, use Upload a PDF and drag in the file. QuietBill reads the PDF directly with Claude’s document vision, extracts the standard fields, and, because contracts carry terms, runs the clause extraction pass to pull the verbatim auto-renewal language and compute your cancellation deadline.

- PDFs up to 15 MB, and images (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF: screenshots or photos of receipts) up to 7 MB.
- Scanned or image-based PDFs work too, since the model reads the rendered document.
- Uploaded files are stored privately and used only for extraction and re-processing.
If a contract is long or unusual and the extraction confidence is low, it lands in your review queue so you can confirm or correct the details.
