If your team lives in Slack, you can have QuietBill post alerts there in addition to email. Slack alerts are included on Starter and above.
Setup
- In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want (Slack: Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to a channel). Copy the webhook URL.
- In QuietBill, go to Settings → Slack alerts and paste the URL.
- Save.
From then on, deadline, trial, price-uplift, and dormant alerts are mirrored to that Slack channel as they fire. Email alerts continue as well.
To stop Slack alerts, clear the webhook URL in Settings.
